Ticao Island (334 km²) is one of the three major islands of Masbate Province in the Philippines. The other two major Islands are Masbate Island (3,290 km²) and Burias Island (424 km²).
The island is divided into the municipalities of Batuan, Monreal, San Fernando and San Jacinto.
